Founding UX Validation Lead role to build the validation practice from the ground up.
Define end-to-end HMI/UX validation strategy across the platform.
Build automated UI testing infra, harnesses, simulators, visual regression, CI/CD.
Lead cross-functional efforts; mentor a high-performing test engineering team.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of software validation in UI/UX/HMI.
Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/EE or related field.
Proven experience owning a validation domain, defining test strategy and automation infra.
Strong automated UI testing background, incl. Appium and end-to-end testing.
Experience with Linux, QNX, or AAOS; CAN/Ethernet networking.
Nice-to-have: AAOS or QNX; visual regression tools; CI/CD tooling.
