UX Writer

📋 Description

• Write and edit UI text for web and mobile flows (tours, errors).
• Lead content audits to ensure consistency across the product.
• Edit and manage in-app content/UI copy in the design system.
• Contribute to content guidelines and promote UI best practices.
• Understand VOC/customer needs and participate in research.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, UX, HCI, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience producing content for digital products.
• Experience delivering UX content: UI copy, in-app/microcopy, UI style guides, or product launches.
• Experience with Markdown and GitHub.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
