🎯 Requirements

• fulfill the general V.I.E program requirements (EU-graduate, aged between 18 and 28 years)
• hold a university degree in aerospace engineering, manufacturing engineering, mechanical
• bring knowledge of aircraft manufacturing, maintenance processes, or technical support; experience
• are proficient with digital tools such as MS Office, SAP (SP1), OPAL, and Alinav; familiarity with
• ideally, possess skills in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (SSBB/Green Belt), and continuous
• demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and communication skills for
