🎯 Requirements

  • 2-3+ years in HR, engagement, or account coordination in BPO or remote settings.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building; empathetic yet structured.
  • Excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable conducting high-volume calls or check-ins with warmth.
  • Familiarity with employee engagement tools, CRMs, or HRIS systems.
  • Highly organized with consistent communication cadences.
