Perform culture-based potency assays and PCR assays on live vaccine products, process
Prepare solutions and culture media
Prepare and pipette small volume solutions
Maintain multiple cell lines as needed
Maintain records and test results following good manufacturing practices (GMP)
Author and/or review scientific reports, SOPs, and assay procedures

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, biotechnology, virology, biochemistry or other related
Experience with cell culture, aseptic technique, ELISA, PCR, Capillary Electrophoresis (CE)
Strong laboratory/bench skills including pipettes and automation, with previous experience
