Validation Engineer II

📋 Description

• Define and execute test procedures for subsystems on HMND‑01 Alpha platform
• Hook up sensors, operate DAQ systems, acquire data, and write engineering reports
• Develop structured test procedures, acceptance criteria, and measurement plans
• Collaborate with Test/Validation Engineers and systems owners
• Fabrication skills a bonus for fixtures and jigs
• Maintain lab organization and test readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on test/validation experience in robotics, aerospace, or automotive
• Experience writing test procedures, test plans, or acceptance criteria
• CAD skills (SolidWorks, Fusion 360 or similar)
• Measurement & DAQ experience with equipment and at least one DAQ platform (NI, Dewesoft, HBK
• Problem-solving, methodical troubleshooting
• Nice-to-have: fabrication, scripting (Python/MATLAB), RCA, 5S/Lean, external test houses
