📋 Description

• Operate and maintain the Render KV fleet.
• Collaborate with design, product, and engineers.
• Evolve the KV product as it scales and grows in complexity.
• Participate in team planning, roadmapping, and goal-setting.
• Help evolve the KV product with new capabilities.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities with the rest of your team.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience shipping software.
• Experience collaborating with product and design stakeholders.
• Strong sense of ownership and pragmatic decision making.
• Comfort with working in a distributed system.
• Experience operating a KV datastore at scale.
• Familiarity with modern tooling for build and deploy processes.
