📋 Description

• Review appraisals, evaluations, broker price opinions (BPOs), and comparative market analyses
• Independently validate value conclusions using market evidence from multiple sources, including MLS
• Identify and document weaknesses in comparable properties, unsupported valuation adjustments
• Analyze income-producing properties by reviewing rent rolls, operating expenses, net operating
• Evaluate construction and development loans by comparing project budgets, draw requests, and
• Recommend appropriate property values for relevant scenarios, including as-is, as-complete

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in appraisal, appraisal review, collateral valuation
• Hands-on experience valuing or reviewing commercial and income-producing properties; residential
• Working knowledge of the sales comparison, income, and cost approaches to valuation, along with a
• Experience evaluating distressed, foreclosed, or real estate-owned (REO) properties.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, with excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
