Value Consulting Manager

📋 Description

• Lead strategic value discovery with senior stakeholders
• Quantify value and build ROI/financial models
• Develop and deliver executive business cases showing ROI
• Drive post-sales value realization, adoption, and expansion
• Partner with Sales, CS, Product, Marketing to drive renewals
• Scale value selling through frameworks across teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in consulting delivering enterprise value
• Proven success in value-based selling in SaaS/consulting
• P&C insurance industry familiarity preferred
• Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders
• Salesforce; Gong experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
