🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales
• Solid background in enterprise IT and business software (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle)
• AI-fluent operator utilizing AI copilots
• Comfortable setting own direction within an account team
• Proven expertise in executing process improvements
• Expertise orchestrating multi-region or business unit transformation programs
