Value Management & Financial Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Lead financial operations across a portfolio of initiatives, overseeing operational budgets
• Develop and maintain portfolio-level financial reports, performance scorecards, and analytical
• Partner with business, finance, technology, and operational leaders to develop business cases
• Identify, quantify, and monitor the expected financial and operational value of strategic
• Establish and improve processes for measuring benefits realization, tracking expected versus actual
• Support portfolio governance activities, including investment prioritization, funding reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, operations, or a
• Five or more years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, or business
• Demonstrated experience developing business cases, evaluating investment opportunities, and
• Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate financial and operational performance metrics
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and coordinating stakeholders across
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including financial modeling, data
