Owns end-to-end value realization across Finance transformation initiatives
Defines benefit governance, validates business cases and benefit assumptions, monitors realization
Ensures approved benefits are realized and sustained across Finance programs
Works closely with Business Sponsors, Regional CFOs, Global Process Owners, FSSC Leaders, IT, and
Reports transparently on value delivery across the Finance portfolio
Serves as custodian of value realization across Finance initiatives

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering
7+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, PMO, Portfolio Management, Continuous
Experience managing business cases, benefits tracking, financial analysis, and value realization
Experience working with large transformation programs, ERP implementations, shared services, or
Certifications (Preferred): PMP or other relevant certifications; Lean Six Sigma; Management
