Value Realization Manager

📋 Description

• Establish and govern the Benefits Realization Framework
• Validate business cases and benefit assumptions
• Track financial and non-financial outcomes
• Provide transparent reporting on value delivery across the Finance portfolio
• Drive value recovery actions
• Ensure approved benefits are realized and sustained across Finance programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or
• 7+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, PMO, Portfolio Management, Continuous
• Experience managing business cases, benefits tracking, financial analysis, and value realization
• Experience working with large transformation programs, ERP implementations, shared services, or
• Exposure to Oracle, SAP, Digital Transformation, Automation, AI, or Process Excellence initiatives
• PMP or other relevant certifications (preferred)
