📋 Description

• Develop regional plan with RM and team to grow market share and service quality.
• Establish comms with RM and Territory Managers to hit quarterly objectives.
• Build relationships with hospital staff to expand contacts and identify decision makers.
• Meet with customers to identify clinical needs and demonstrate product fit.
• Educate customers via presentations and demos; share product developments.
• Assist in education activities sponsored by Penumbra, including PEER meetings and stroke symposia.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, neuroscience, biology, or related; plus radiology/neuro-interventional cert; 3+ yrs in hospital or medical devices.
• Sales or marketing background desired.
• Strong clinical, technical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to function in a busy, demanding environment.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
