VDC / BIM Project Specialist

📋 Description

• Coordinate VDC/BIM project activities across the project lifecycle with internal and external
• Establish project objectives, coordinate meetings, and maintain clear communication.
• Manage schedules, priorities, and documentation with established workflows.
• Maintain Navisworks models and provide teams with model coordination data.
• Track RFI, submittals, revisions, and change-related information.
• Review contract updates for potential cost or scope impacts and action.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of VDC experience, incl. 2 years managing/planning VDC scopes.
• Proven leadership of VDC/BIM projects across healthcare, education, industrial, municipal, or
• Strong BIM coordination knowledge, workflows, and project delivery methods.
• Advanced proficiency with Navisworks and BIM/VDC coordination practices.
• Experience creating and managing BIM schedules and digital construction deliverables.
