Veeva CRM Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand business goals, challenges, workflows, and
• Lead requirements-gathering workshops and translate business needs into clear functional
• Design future-state business processes and recommend best practices to optimize the use of Veeva
• Collaborate with solution architects, configuration consultants, and developers to deliver
• Develop and maintain business requirements documents, process flows, functional specifications, and
• Support solution design across Veeva CRM capabilities, including Core CRM, Call Reporting, CLM

🎯 Requirements

• At least eight years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise software
• At least five years of hands-on experience working with Veeva CRM within the life sciences industry.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical business processes, particularly Sales, Medical, and
• Practical experience with one or more Veeva CRM modules, including Core CRM, CLM, Approved Email
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops, gather and document requirements, and collaborate directly
• Strong knowledge of Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies.
