Vehicle Delivery Specialist

📋 Description

• Deliver a uniquely special experience to every customer.
• Safely operate a flatbed truck to transport vehicles across Southern Ontario.
• Be the face of Clutch; provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic and mechanical issues to ensure quality.
• Complete customer paperwork accurately; log notes in our tracking system.
• Team player; assist other team members as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 1+ year transporting vehicles
• Experience: 2+ years customer-facing experience
• License/Driving: G Driver's License (Ontario); 3 years clean driving record
• Background/Eligibility: Clean criminal background; Legally allowed to work in Canada
• Availability: 40 hours/week minimum; 4 weekdays + 1 weekend
