Vehicle functional manager

📋 Description

• Ensure vehicle functional convergence by consolidating inputs from multiple System Teams.
• Maintain alignment between functional validation plans and project objectives (homologation
• Participate in project governance meetings, PI planning sessions and prioritization activities.
• Build, maintain and communicate project functional maturity scorecards and KPIs.
• Identify functional risks and propose convergence or recovery action plans.
• Negotiate timing adjustments when required to ensure project convergence.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Excellent knowledge of vehicle functions
• Mastery of functional requirements
• Knowledge of safety procedures
• Mastery of vehicle function standards
