Vehicle Package and Integration Lead

📋 Description

• Drive full-vehicle mechanical integration from concept to production
• Define mechanical interfaces and geometric boundaries with OEM partners
• Coordinate cross-functional milestones and integration roadmaps
• Lead CAD/DMU strategies and ensure geometric compatibility
• Oversee EBOM structure from concept to prototype release
• Participate in end-to-end vehicle build from virtual to physical hardware

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in mechanical eng, systems architecture, or related field with 8+ years’ vehicle
• Proven vehicle packaging and integration experience
• 5,000+ hours in CAD tools (CATIA V5/V6 or 3DX) and DMU/Vis-Mockup
• Hands-on BOM management, BOM release, and PLM experience
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate external partners
• Strong communication and collaboration across internal/external stakeholders
