📋 Description

• Hybrid role reporting to the Head of Market Operations - East Region.
• Lead and scale end-to-end vehicle recovery, towing, and roadside support across multiple markets.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners, vendor management, and cross-functional teams to improve throughput
• Oversee incident response, HV safety standards, and autonomous system protocols during roadside
• Drive operational throughput by optimizing last-mile logistics with Depot Operations.
• Engage with local law enforcement, first responders, and municipal DOTs as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading large-scale fleet operations, vehicle recovery, or complex logistics.
• Deep understanding of EV platforms, high-voltage shutdowns, and heavy-battery towing.
• Proven vendor management with data-driven performance audits and SLAs.
• Experience coordinating distributed teams across multiple geographies in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to use metrics to reduce cost-per-recovery and improve response
• Regulatory familiarity with DMV/DOT regulations for autonomous vehicle testing and towing.

🎁 Benefits

• Salary range: $159,000 — $196,000 USD (base, location-based).
