Vehicle Service Agent (Vancouver International Airport)

📋 Description

• Prepare vehicles for rental by washing exteriors, vacuuming and cleaning interiors, and ensuring
• Perform thorough vehicle inspections, including checking for damage, warning lights, windshield
• Reset vehicle settings to factory defaults, remove prior customer data, verify registration
• Fuel, stage, and organize vehicles to maintain fleet availability and support efficient branch
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns, removing vehicles from service when necessary
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers as needed, including transporting

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of experience in vehicle service or a related field
• Experience in car rental, automotive maintenance, or dealership services is preferred
• Strong verbal communication abilities to interact effectively with customers, coworkers, and
• Attention to detail to discreetly check vehicles for any damage, verify fuel levels, and accurately
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Hold a valid Provincial driver's licence with a clean driving record
