📋 Description

• Take responsibility for Health & Safety performance and legal compliance within the
• Translate the corporate H&S strategy into concrete actions that work on the shop floor.
• Monitor safety procedures and guidelines, and look at how they are applied in practice.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections, and initiate direct improvement actions.
• Investigate incidents and near misses, draw clear conclusions, and ensure improvements are

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in Health & Safety, preferably in an operational environment such
• Knowledge of Dutch Working Conditions legislation (Arbowetgeving) and experience with safety
• Decisive, independent, and strong communication skills; able to motivate people at different levels.
• Dare to address people, ask critical questions, and take the lead when necessary.
• Practical and results-oriented: translate rules into workable solutions on the shop floor and
• Good command of Dutch and English; willing to occasionally travel to other JYSK distribution
