• Customer-facing sales role in H&M store
• Welcome and guide clients, help find products
• Share fashion/product knowledge to help customers choose
• Collaborate with team to ensure excellent service
• Maintain well-stocked, organized, inviting sales floor

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer service in fashion, retail or similar
• Passion for fashion and delivering exceptional customer experience
• Enjoy working in collaborative, fast-paced environments
• Communicative, creative, curious about using digital in-store tools
• Flexible and action-oriented
