• Provide exceptional customer service and guide customers through the store
• Share fashion and product knowledge to help customers choose the best products
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service at every stage of the customer journey
• Ensure the sales floor and stock are well-stocked, organized, and welcoming
• Participate in store opening and closing procedures
• Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions

• Passion for fashion and exceptional customer experience
• Ideal experience in customer service in fashion, retail, or similar sectors
• Comfortable in collaborative and stimulating environments
• Strong communication, creativity, and curiosity about digital tools in store
