• Share fashion and product knowledge to help customers choose the products that best suit them
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service at every stage of the customer journey
• Ensure the sales floor and stock are well stocked, organized and welcoming

• Ideally customer service experience in fashion, retail or similar sectors
• Passionate about fashion and delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Thrives in collective, collaborative and stimulating environments
• Communicative, creative, curious about digital tools in store, with a strong desire to learn and
