5+ years leading vendor relationships
Experience with residential Repairs and Maintenance field operations
Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate performance and pricing structures
Excellent planning, organization, and delivery under pressure
Tech-savvy and data-driven decision making
Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
