Vendor Onboarding Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead onboarding and launch of new and existing Marketplace vendors.
• Develop project plans and timelines for API, SFTP, embedded and manual integrations.
• Manage multiple onboarding initiatives with competing priorities.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; craft mitigation plans.
• Drive project governance with status updates and stakeholder accountability.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Fulfillment, and Marketplace Operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in PM/Program Management, Operations, or related fields.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with tech and business teams.
• Strong project planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with APIs, SFTP, integrations, and software lifecycles.
