  • Source, evaluate, and onboard new vendor partners aligned to Forma's member base
  • Negotiate terms including pricing, exclusives, revenue share, and co-marketing
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors as primary contact
  • Monitor vendor performance against KPIs and enforce standards
  • Manage contract renewals and offboard underperforming vendors
  • Curate the Forma store catalog for a compelling, on-brand mix

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in merchandising, partnerships, vendor management, or category management
  • Proven track record of sourcing and managing vendor/brand partnerships end-to-end
  • Strong commercial instincts to negotiate, structure deals, and assess partner value
  • Data-driven mindset using performance metrics to defend decisions
  • Excellent relationship management; vendors want to work with you
  • Highly organized; manage a large, dynamic catalog and multiple partners
