Vendor Relationship Manager (Health & Safety and Compliance)

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day relationships with Health & Safety and Compliance vendors.
• Understand vendor capabilities, service models, and coverage.
• Act as trusted contact between Oyster and external partners.
• Support full vendor lifecycle: onboarding, performance, and offboarding.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and improve vendor processes.
• Ensure vendors deliver high-quality, compliant services globally.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in vendor/partner management, operations, or compliance.
• Experience managing external partners in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder influence skills.
• Experience monitoring vendor performance, SLAs, KPIs, or service metrics.
• Excellent problem-solving and data-driven improvement ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable with ambiguity.
