🎯 Requirements

BS, MS, or PhD in CS, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus.
Hands-on coding ability — Python/SQL/JS or similar; familiarity with growth tooling.
3+ years of experience in growth engineering, software engineering, or a technical product/growth/GTM/monetization role.
Founder’s mindset, builder’s mentality, and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and executive presence — able to turn experiment data into a clear recommendation for decision-makers.
Passion for AI and innovative technologies.
