• Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
• First point of contact for service questions from customers.
• Administer maintenance/service dossiers accurately.
• Proactively offer and grow maintenance contracts.

• Experience in planning, service or coordination.
• Ability to coach, motivate and lead people.
• Good basic knowledge of solar panels and home batteries.
