Verification and Validation Manager - Autonomy Trucking

📋 Description

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers responsible for the validation of autonomy modules
• Define and execute validation strategies and test plans, including simulation and real‑world testing
• Oversee metrics mapped to safety cases with clear reporting and industry alignment
• Architect solutions for performance analysis and event identification
• Collaborate with engineering leaders and partners to define validation roadmaps
• Lead recruiting to grow the validation team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ADAS, autonomous driving, or related technical field
• MS/BS degree in Robotics, Aerospace, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Leadership experience with technical teams on autonomy system validation projects
• Deep knowledge of ADAS/AV architecture and standards (ISO 26262, ISO 21448, UL4600)
• Collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and industry partners
