Collaborate with Admissions, Utilization Review, Billing, and others to resolve issues.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in behavioral health or healthcare insurance verification and billing.
Expertise interpreting complex benefits, authorizations, and payer policies.
Prior team lead or mentor experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and payer processes.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving for complex insurance issues.
Salesforce and insurance portal experience; ability to work hybrid in Nashville.
