🎯 Requirements

• Coaching experience in sales/retail with a focus on performance improvement.
• Experience with sales metrics and KPI ownership; able to derive actions from data.
• Strong analytical thinking; proficient in MS Office; able to interpret performance data.
• Excellent communication in German; good English; strong stakeholder presentation skills.
• Valid driving license class B; willingness to travel regionally.
• Digital affinity; comfortable with learning new systems and tools.
