Vessel Data Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a data analytics team.
• Act as SME on Vessel Particulars & Companies data.
• Identify and integrate new datasets into databases.
• Develop and test business logic, dashboards, and datasets.
• Allocate resources and identify team training needs.
• Implement automation and integrate new data sources.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of data management/analytics with 2+ years of people management
• SME-level maritime industry knowledge (vessel data, shipping ops)
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience designing, optimizing, and maintaining ETL, APIs, and ingestion
• Practical familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker)
• Desirable: PM experience; Dataiku or similar
