📋 Description

Maintain a caseload with complex Behavioral Health cases
Work as part of a multidisciplinary care team
Perform initial assessments and determine level of care
Lead workshops and trainings for clients and staff

🎯 Requirements

Valid Michigan LMSW-C or LPC license
Master's or Doctorate in Social Work or related field
Experience with multidisciplinary teams
Veteran population experience preferred
