Veterinary Hospital Administrator

📋 Description

• Partner with the Medical Director and leadership team to oversee daily hospital operations and
• Foster a culture built on compassion, inclusion, accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop hospital team members.
• Support DVMs with administrative, HR, performance, and operational needs.
• Monitor financial performance, labor costs, revenue, and other key hospital metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and the experience of our clients and team.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years previous leadership and management experience in veterinary medicine or healthcare
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Management, Communication
• Experience managing DVMs, physicians, or other professional staff strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations and financial performance.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
• A people-focused leader who can balance compassion with accountability.
