Veterinary Hospital Area Manager

📋 Description

• Lead operations across multiple veterinary hospitals to drive growth and compliance.
• Onsite 4 days/week; occasional evenings/weekends.
• Coach hospital leadership and uphold Lakefield policies and culture.
• Develop market plans to grow client acquisition, retention, and visits.
• Balance patient care quality with scheduling, throughput, and profitability.
• Partner with recruiting to staff hospitals and align with clinical standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of multi-site operations management in veterinary/healthcare.
• Experience driving growth and enforcing compliance in regulated environments.
• OSHA knowledge and healthcare documentation; veterinary experience preferred.
• Experience with practice management systems; ezyVet a plus.
• Data-driven with Excel/Sheets and dashboards.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership.
