📋 Description

• Provide diagnostic pathology support for Neuralink preclinical programs.
• Ensure high-quality histopathologic data for device-tissue interactions.
• Collaborate with Veterinary Medicine, Animal Care, Engineering, Regulatory on study design.
• Lead investigations of unexpected tissue findings and device-related abnormalities.
• Maintain GLP compliance (21 CFR Part 58) and QA readiness; support audits.
• Mentor staff on necropsy, tissue handling, histology, and GLP documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• DVM/VMD or equivalent.
• Diplomate or eligibility for ACVP in Anatomic Pathology.
• Strong veterinary anatomy, physiology, and pathology; necropsy and histopathology.
• GLP-regulated preclinical experience; 21 CFR Part 58 knowledge.
• Excellent diagnostic, reporting, and regulatory documentation skills.
• Physical capability to perform necropsies and work in a BSL-2 lab.
