📋 Description

• Lead ESO strategy for building evidence, measuring performance, and demonstrating results
• Build and lead a multiyear research agenda aligned with ESO strategy and priorities
• Design and oversee studies and analyses with strong methodology, data governance, and ethical
• Establish research partnerships with academic institutions, industry groups, and other external
• Lead publication and thought leadership strategy, including whitepapers, conference presentations
• Define metrics, benchmarks, and standards through which ESO and its customers evaluate performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
• 10 or more years of progressive experience, including at least five years leading research
• Demonstrated research record, such as published work, study design and execution, or funded research
• Experience defining metrics and building performance and reporting frameworks at an organizational
• Proven ability to translate data and findings into business decisions and measurable results
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage executives
