📋 Description

• Own Wayve’s data strategy across the complete AI learning cycle
• Build the data flywheel from real-world signals to training, evaluation, deployment and measurement
• Develop approaches to discovering rare, surprising and safety-critical scenarios in large datasets
• Define data acquisition and enrichment across own fleet, OEM programmes, partners and external
• Establish measurement of data value and make trade-offs across quality, accuracy, speed, cost and
• Scale data strategy globally for multiple OEMs, platforms, geographies and regulatory environments

🎯 Requirements

• Significant engineering leadership experience
• Deep technical expertise in computer vision, video, multimodal AI or related perception problems
• Experience leading large-scale data capabilities influencing model training and performance
• Strong intuition for data value, with experience in data discovery, selection, curation and
• Strong technical and commercial judgement including trade-offs across quality, speed, cost, scale
• Ability to move between strategy and technical detail
