📋 Description

• Own AI Services vision, strategy, and P&L.
• Develop repeatable AI-enabled ITSM offerings and IP.
• Lead exec-level client engagements on AI ITSM roadmaps.
• Oversee ServiceNow AI delivery: Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence.
• Apply ITIL v4 expertise to AI-enhanced ITSM governance.
• Build and lead a high-performing AI/ServiceNow team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years IT services, with 5+ in senior leadership in MSP/SI/IT consulting.
• Proven track record building or scaling an ITSM/AI practice in MSPs.
• Hands-on ServiceNow ITSM Pro/ITOM/Virtual Agent/Now Assist at architect/delivery lead level.
• Deep ITIL v4 knowledge; certification preferred.
• Experience applying AI/automation/ML within ITSM/IT Operations.
