Vice President, Change Management & Organization Design

📋 Description

• Own the delivery of enterprise change and capability-building programs in partnership with business
• Develop and lead AI-enabled change management strategies, frameworks, methodologies, and internal
• Create compelling change narratives, stakeholder engagement strategies, communication plans
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives that modernize workflows, operating models
• Identify transformation risks, dependencies, readiness requirements, and adoption barriers, and
• Design and deliver enterprise training, workshops, toolkits, playbooks, and enablement programs

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience across organization design, workforce strategy
• 5+ years leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives at VP, Senior Director, or
• Demonstrated success leading organization redesigns, operating model transformations, workforce
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive adoption across highly matrixed
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, with experience applying workforce
• Experience leading AI-enabled workforce or business transformation initiatives, including adoption
