📋 Description

• Serve as a senior strategic partner and trusted advisor to multiple clients, strengthening
• Lead a portfolio of complex client engagements, balancing relationship quality, delivery
• Manage and develop account teams responsible for day-to-day relationship management and account
• Establish engagement strategies and work closely with department heads, discipline leads, and
• Develop and expand relationships with key client executives, maintaining strong connections beyond
• Identify client needs and opportunities that may not yet be fully articulated, connecting emerging

🎯 Requirements

• Bring 10+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale client engagements within a digital
• Demonstrate a proven track record managing $5M+ client portfolios while maintaining strong
• Have experience leading large, cross-disciplinary teams of 20+ people and demonstrate the ability
• Possess strong expertise in account management, account growth, client relationship leadership, and
• Demonstrate the ability to develop engagement strategies and collaborate effectively with
• Bring strong commercial and business management capabilities, including portfolio profitability

🎁 Benefits
