📋 Description

• Provide end-to-end Sponsor operational leadership and accountability for the clinical program
• Translate the clinical development strategy into an integrated global operational strategy
• Serve as the senior Study Management representative on the cross-functional program team, ensuring
• Develop and maintain an integrated program plan and critical path across studies, identifying
• Provide senior operational input into protocol development and study design to ensure protocols are
• Lead global feasibility and trial optimization, integrating epidemiology, competitive trial

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 20+ years of progressive clinical operations and Study Management experience in a Sponsor
• Proven track record leading complex global late-stage and registrational clinical programs
• Demonstrated experience providing end-to-end program-level operational leadership across multiple
• Deep expertise in global feasibility, country and site strategy, enrollment modeling, site start-up
• Deep expertise in CRO governance and outsourced clinical development, including vendor selection
