🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor from a US law school; active state bar.
• 15+ years in-house tech company supporting sales.
• Proven leadership: recruit, mentor, lead a legal team.
• Strategic and tactical legal leadership; cross-functional.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; quick risk calls.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
