🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
• 15+ years in healthcare strategy, product development, and go-to-market strategy; 8+ years in management.
• Deep knowledge deploying new capabilities in a healthcare enterprise.
• Executive presence and ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proven experience implementing strategic initiatives with programmatic success.
• Proven track record of building and cultivating high-performing teams.
• Experience evaluating, designing, and optimizing healthcare products for practices.
• Proven product development leadership and success in go-to-market strategies.
• AI & Tech Initiative: demonstrated initiative in evaluating, adopting, or scaling AI strategies to drive product performance and scale.
