Vice President, Communications

📋 Description

• Own the corporate message house and keep it consistent across press, investor materials, product
• Turn technical product and AI developments into accurate, defensible stories backed by proof points
• Serve as the CEO's primary communications counselor and voice architect
• Run to a planned cadence and personally draft or refine keynotes, bylines and major announcements
• Extend the same platform to the CTO and other senior leaders
• Own proactive media strategy across top-tier business, financial, tech and trade press

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in corporate communications or public relations, including leading executive
• Hands-on writer and editor who can draft a keynote, byline or major announcement under deadline and
• Proven ability to translate complex technical subjects (AI/ML, software, marketplace dynamics) into
• Established relationships with business, financial, tech and trade press, and a record of winning
• Public-company experience working with Investor Relations, Finance and Legal on disclosures and
• Experience leading crisis and issues response in high-pressure situations, with sound judgment and
