Vice President, Corporate Controller

📋 Description

• Oversee global controllership, accounting, tax, treasury, and compliance.
• Define scalable finance processes and advise on revenue models for growth.
• Lead a global finance team and partner with the CFO and executives.
• Direct accounting ops (AR, AP, GL, payroll) across 20+ countries.
• Own sales commission plan administration and related accounting.
• Drive process improvements and finance systems with automation/AI.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (minimum).
• CPA license required.
• Big 4 audit experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build and lead global teams at scale.
• Strong knowledge of SEC, FASB, GAAP for software/SaaS.
• Experience leveraging automation, analytics, and AI in accounting.
