Vice President, Data & Analytics Products

📋 Description

• Define and own the organization's data products strategy, including a multi-year roadmap for
• Serve as the executive sponsor for data commercialization initiatives, including pricing
• Build and lead a lean, high-performing team spanning product management, data science, and data
• Establish effective governance for matrixed data engineering and master data management resources
• Present data product strategy, performance, and commercial opportunities to executive leadership
• Oversee the complete data product lifecycle from discovery and definition through development

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, or technology, including at least 4 years in product
• Proven track record of building and commercializing data products, ideally within healthcare
• Strong product judgment and the ability to identify opportunities that customers and markets are
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and navigating matrixed organizational structures and
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards, HIPAA privacy requirements, and clinical terminology.
• Executive-level communication skills and confidence presenting to C-suite leaders, boards

• Salary range of $219,592–$274,492 USD, depending on background, experience, and skills.
